To keep your table in perfect condition for many years, it is important to follow some care tips and precautions.
Firstly, avoid placing hot or sharp objects directly on the table’s surface, as they may damage the microcement layer. Always use placemats and coasters to protect it.
It is also advisable to avoid contact with acidic liquids, such as lemon juice or vinegar, as they can stain or erode the finish. If an accidental spill occurs, clean it immediately with a soft, damp cloth.
For daily cleaning, simply use a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use abrasive products or rough scourers that could scratch the surface.
For long meals, such as Christmas dinners, we recommend placing a plastic or waterproof textile tablecloth underneath the decorative tablecloth you plan to use. This will help prevent liquids or food residues from seeping through and damaging the table’s surface. Whether you use a tablecloth or not, it is essential to clean the table after every meal to keep it in perfect condition and to avoid the accumulation of residues.
Our tables are not suitable for outdoor use. They should only be placed indoors or under a porch. On rainy days, they must be brought indoors or completely covered.
