At Alcova Milano 2026, held in the former Baggio military hospital, we presented TRENZAR: a collection built on a braiding construction method, interlacing wood, metal and fiber. The project is a collaboration between Laura García (Marlot Baus) and Natalia Ortega (Worn Studio), made with nine artisans across wood, iron, ceramics, silver, embroidery, blown glass and wicker.

Designboom devoted a full feature to the collection's braided construction. Wallpaper* photographed the room at the Baggio military hospital for its Milan Design Week 2026 report, and the project is documented on Archilovers and on Alcova's official page.
The TRENZAR collection is available online, made to order in our Barcelona workshop.
