Handmade Production

Each piece is individually handcrafted to order in our workshop in Barcelona, Spain. Due to the artisan nature of our process, orders may take up to 30–35 business days to produce. We will keep you informed of your order's progress by email.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product dimensions. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Deliveries in Spain

For deliveries in mainland Spain, there is a rate that includes delivery to the home and assembly of the product by manual means. If additional equipment (elevators, cranes, or other tools) is required and identified at the time of delivery, these will incur extra costs billed separately.

If the customer cannot cover these additional costs or if delivery to the home is not possible, the delivery will take place at street level. In the case of a subsequent return, a return fee equivalent to 12% of the product value will apply, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

International Deliveries

For international deliveries, delivery is at street level. The customer is responsible for organising entry into the building if necessary.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. If you discover damage after unpacking, contact us within 48 hours at hola@marlotbaus.com with photographs of the damage and packaging. This is essential for us to process any insurance claim on your behalf.

Shipping Notifications

Once production is completed, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination.
