All our products are made to order and delivery time is typically 20-25 days. Please note that delivery times are approximate.

We deliver to curbside.

If you are not satisfied with a product, simply contact us, return it within 14 days of receipt (unused and in the original packaging), and we will either refund or replace it.

Please note that any irregular surface texture or color variation, rather than imperfections or defects, are the result of the artisanal process and manual production by our team, who put love and care into each of our products.

To ensure your table stays in perfect condition for many years, it's important to take some care and precautions.

First, it's important to avoid placing hot or sharp objects directly on the surface of the table, as they could damage the microcement layer. Always use placemats and coasters to protect it.

It's also recommended to avoid contact with acidic liquids, such as lemon juice or vinegar, as they can stain or erode the finish. If an accidental spill occurs, immediately clean it with a soft, damp cloth.

For daily cleaning, simply use a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use abrasive products or hard scouring pads that could scratch the surface.

Our tables are not suitable for outdoor use. Only if placed indoors or under a porch, and on rainy days, they should be brought indoors or completely covered.
