Microcement beyond the dining room
Microcement is often associated with dining tables, but at Marlot Baus it extends across the entire home. The same nine-layer surface system — primer, base, fine-finish, and waterproof sealant — is applied to coffee tables, side tables, desks, headboards, and chairs. Each piece shares the same material philosophy: seamless, warm, and built to last.
Coffee tables
Microcement coffee tables bring the same mineral quality to the living room. The waterproof surface handles daily coffee spills, remote controls, and books with equal ease. Models include Ahumado, Cinzia, Foggia, Morgan, Parmigiano, and glass-microcement combinations like Carmene and Mattia.
Side tables and consoles
Compact occasional tables for hallways, bedrooms, and living rooms. The Niccolo Hall Table works as a narrow console, while the Santo Column serves as a tall pedestal. Chantada and Gabriele are sculptural side tables with organic forms.
Desks
Microcement desks for working from home — the waterproof surface resists ink, coffee, and daily wear. Canoa, Acnes, Anoa, and Tantal combine microcement surfaces with wood or steel legs for a workspace that doesn't feel like an office.
Headboards
Microcement headboards bring a seamless, hypoallergenic surface to the bedroom. The non-porous sealed surface does not harbour dust mites, and cleans with a damp cloth — no dry cleaning required.
Chairs
