From Barcelona to Your Home
Every Marlot Baus table is handmade in our workshop in Sabadell, Barcelona. After production (typically approximately 20 working days), the table is packaged and shipped directly to your address — anywhere in the EU, UK, or United States.
EU Shipping
Within the European Union, shipping takes approximately 5-10 business days after production. No customs duties apply. Tables are shipped via specialised furniture freight with full insurance.
UK Shipping
We ship to the United Kingdom with full customs documentation. UK shipping takes 10-15 business days after production. Import duties may apply.
US Shipping
We ship to the United States via international freight. US shipments include TSCA Title VI compliance certificates for composite wood products. Delivery takes 15-25 business days. White-glove delivery is available in major cities.
Packaging
Tables are packaged in custom-built wooden crates with protective foam inserts. Each crate is designed specifically for the table's dimensions and shape to prevent movement during transit.
Production Timeline
- Order confirmed: Dimensions, finishes, and leg type finalised
- Weeks 1-2: Core preparation and primer application
- Weeks 3-4: Microcement layers applied with curing time between each
- Weeks 5-6: Waterproof sealer application and curing
- Week 7: Leg fabrication, assembly, and inspection
- Shipping: Packaged and dispatched
Tracking
Once your table ships, you receive tracking information. Our team coordinates delivery to ensure someone is available to receive the table.
